Travel Guide to Istanbul

This travel guide would be a removable supplement in the Travel + Leisure magazine. The illustrated guide is meant to intrigue readers through a short, native poem and promote travel by highlighting areas of interest, historical sites, restaurants, and hotel options for the city.

I explored Turkey's rich history and its wonderfully diverse forms of art. Combining my illustration techniques with some aspects of Turkish art, such as intricate patterning and unique, somewhat two-dimensional perspective, I developed a style specifically for this booklet.
